Discovery Call
After you submit your inquiry, we’ll arrange a discovery call to better understand your project. We’ll talk through the scope, the story behind the design, and how the images will be used, ensuring the photography aligns with your vision.
Pre-production

This will be our roadmap. In this stage, we finalize all logistics to ensure a smooth shoot: Location details, Scheduling & Light, On-site logistics, access, staging, and cleanliness, shot list, technical needs and permissions.
Post production ( Delivery & Licensing)
Within three to five business days, you’ll receive a proof gallery with lightly edited images. You’ll choose your favourites, and I’ll complete the final edits with a natural, refined approach, correcting color and perspective, removing minor distractions, and balancing tones for a true-to-life feel.

Booking & Next steps
If everything feels right and we decide to move forward together, I’ll prepare a detailed proposal that outlines, checklists, deliverables, and project fee.
A 50% retainer is required to secure your shoot date, and from there, we’re officially locked in. After that, I’ll guide you through the remaining steps so you know exactly what to expect as we prepare for your session.

Shoot Day
On shoot day, everything comes together. With the space styled and prepared, we move through the shot list with purpose capturing each angle, detail, and moment of light at the right time. You’re welcome to be hands-on, adjusting elements as we go, or leave me to work independently while you focus on your day.
